Return Policy

Loom Press will replace any book damaged in shipment and reimburse the buyer for the cost of returning a book to us within 14 days of purchase. Bookseller returns of books that have not sold are allowed within one year of payment without prior authorization for credit against future purchases. Packages must include a packing slip with claim number and date of return. Booksellers who provide invoices, discounts and purchase dates will be credited at purchase price. No credit will be given for books that are shelf-worn or otherwise damaged. Returns cannot be accepted for unpaid items. Books ineligible for credit will be returned upon request and at the bookseller's expense.

Privacy Policy

Loom Press does not sell your personal contact or purchasing information to anyone and takes your privacy seriously. We offer sales through PayPal. Personal information that you provide to PayPal is covered by its privacy policy. We encourage you to read PayPal's privacy policies. We will only pass information to others that is needed to provide the product or service that you have requested. We process all personal information under the terms of this privacy policy. Except as noted, Loom Press does not share your personal information with anyone else unless you have consented to the disclosure or Loom Press believes the disclosure is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process, or to cooperate with law enforcement activities, (2) protect and defend our rights and property, (3) protect our customers or users from misuse or unauthorized use of the Loom Press website, or (4) protect the personal safety or property of our customers or the public. 

Submission Guidelines

Writers should send a query letter to info@loompress.com listing brief biographical information and publication credits along with a sample of the manuscript being offered. For poetry, send no more than ten pages of poetry; for fiction or creative nonfiction, send no more than 20 pages and a contents page if appropriate. For photo-documentary books, send query letter only. All documents should be in standard Word format.

Loom Press will respond to inquiries within 60 days of receipt of the query letter and sample manuscript.

The contract for any ms. accepted for publication will outline all terms and conditions of publication. Authors typically receive up to 30 copies of the finished book and standard royalties for trade paperback books.
